These terms apply to your use of showersoftener.com (the "site"), run by ShowerSoft ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
ShowerSoft is sold on Amazon. Purchases, payments, returns, and refunds for orders placed on Amazon are handled by Amazon under its own terms and policies. Prices and availability shown on this site are for information and may change; the price on Amazon at checkout is the one that applies.
Through our replacement parts page we replace certain parts free of charge under our 1 year limited warranty and sell others, as described on that page. To keep the program fair, we may ask for an Amazon order number, review requests before shipping, limit repeat requests, and decline requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. Parts are shipped to the address you give us, so please make sure it is correct. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Content on this site, including our blog and guide, is for general information only. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
