Returns in the first 30 days

If you change your mind, you can return ShowerSoft through Amazon within 30 days of delivery. Returns and refunds are handled by Amazon under its return policy.

What this warranty covers

ShowerSoft warrants that your ShowerSoft shower softener and the parts included in the box will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase, with normal household use. This warranty is offered to the original purchaser of a new ShowerSoft bought from us on Amazon.

What we will do

If a covered part is defective during the warranty period, we will send you a replacement part free of charge, and we pay the shipping. If a part is no longer available, we will send a part of equal or better function, or, at our option, replace the unit.

What this warranty does not cover

• Normal wear of the softener cartridge resin. Resin is a consumable that loses capacity with use, so a cartridge that stops softening after normal service is not a defect. Replacement cartridges and brine tanks are available to purchase on our replacement parts page.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, dropping, freezing, or improper installation.
• Damage caused by modifications, or by parts or repairs not supplied by ShowerSoft.
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect how the product works.
• Products bought used or from unauthorized resellers.

How to make a claim

Fill in the replacement parts form and tell us what is wrong. We may ask for your Amazon order number to confirm the purchase date, and in some cases a photo of the problem. We usually reply within one business day. You can also email support@showersoftener.com.

After the warranty ends, contact us anyway. We often help, though we are not obligated to.

Limits

Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the 1 year length of this warranty. Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to replacing defective parts as described above, and we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
